Cengiz Holding stands “By The Power Of Women”

WOMEN ENGINEERS AND ATHLETES IN THE LEADING ROLE

In the film emphasizing the message “Our strength is one,” Cengiz Holding brings together the women’s handball team of Kastamonu Dinamik Sports Club—supported by Eti Bakır, a Group company—and the women engineers working at the company’s facilities in Siirt, Küre, Mazıdağı, Ankara, Samsun, Adıyaman and Murgul. The film showcases the value added by the strong presence of women in every field, telling the story of shared goals, achievements reached with a strong sense of responsibility and the pride born from their unity. Giving the spotlight to women engineers who contribute to national production and young female athletes, Cengiz Holding continues to support women in many fields through its “By the Power of Women” approach. The film draws attention to the awareness that women’s strength contributes to the country’s social and economic strength, emphasizing that building a better future is only possible together—with equal rights at work, on the streets, on the field, at home—in every aspect of life. Bringing together faces from all around Türkiye, from handball players who carry responsibility on their jerseys to the strong engineers of mining sites, the film concludes with the message: “We are not rivals, we are a team. Happy International Women’s Day.”
