Commissioned in 2021, the Eti Bakır Samsun Coastal Facility is geographically located at coordinates 41° 15′ 13.07″ N / 36° 28′ 0.24″ E. The facility is situated 2.5 km from the main highway, 16 km from Samsun city center, and 12 km from Samsun Çarşamba Airport.

The port includes two berths, each 550 meters in length. With its strategic location and high capacity, it stands as one of the most important ports in the Black Sea region for handling bulk solid, bulk liquid, and general cargo. The primary operation of the facility involves handling raw materials required for cathode copper production.
